FAQ About Our Logo Embroidery

Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost will be calculated when you check out based on weight, size of box and the destination of your order.  You will have the option upon checking out to choose UPS or USPS and regular or expedited shipping services.  We only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

When Will I Receive My Order?  

Once you approve your logo and give us the thumbs up to start, we will obtain the inventory, produce your job and have it ready to ship. Current lead times with the ongoing supply chain issues are running about a week and half.  Now that is fast....Right?

Return Policy

Custom embroidered items can be returned if the item is defective or the embroidery does not match the proof you approved.  We will replace the item at no cost if JohnnyBattle is notified within 30 days of the purchase . 

Since this is a custom product.  Embroidered items that are not defective are unable to be returned or exchanged.  This includes color variances and sizing issues.

We want you to be completely happy with the service we provide and will work hard to make it so.  If you have any doubts about garment color, size of the apparel, thread color of the proof,  you should always ask and we will be so happy to offer any assistance before you approve a proof.

Do You Have Minimums?

We have a 6 piece minimum per design.  That's 6 of anything on the web site.  It does not need to be the same item.  All 6 pieces could be different items or colors.  For example 2 hats 2 polo shirts and 2 jackets.  If it's your first order with Johnny Battle you can order one piece if you like, but there is a small order processing fee of $50 for orders under 6 pieces.  Check this out!  If you order 6 or more pieces of anything (mix or match) we will waive that crazy small order processing fee.  So for one design/logo, 6 or more pieces of anything equals NO FEE'S.  No brainer right?

Here is the tricky part. The minimum is per design so you would have to order a minimum of 6 per design. 

What Will My Logo Look Like In Thread? - Approve Your Logo Before We Start...You Are In Control

Once you submit your logo we will digitize it.  Digitizing is the process of telling the machine (our machines are named THREADY and LIL-STITCH) how to embroider your logo.  We will then sew a sample and email you a proof to approve or change before we go to production on your garments.

Employees Names on the Garment?

Yes we can definitely embroider human or alien names on your goods.  This cost is $11.99 per name, per location.

Is There an Up Charge for The Same Logo, Second Location?

If you want the same logo embroidered on the same garment in a second location there is an additional charge of $6.95 per location.

What if I want A Different Logo in a Second Location?

No Problem...we can do it.  There is a one time setup for the additional logo of $39.95 and $8.95 for each additional location. Unless....You have a full back. That requires special pricing so just put a note in your order and we will be in touch with the cost to perform the full back.

Do You Offer 3D or Puffy Foam on Hats?

3D or puffy foam is that raised or 3D look you see on some hats.  Sorry... We do Not offer this type of embroidery.


Of Course...simple.  Just place a regular order online (maximum of 6 samples please) and in the comments type the word SAMPLES.  You will be charged for the samples and once they are returned within 15 days we will issue you a full credit on your order.  The only cost to you is the return shipping on the items returned.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Can I Use an Iron On the Embroidered Logo?

Yes you can iron your logo, but only use the iron on the back side of the logo also known as the inside of your garment.  Do not use an iron directly on the face or top side of your embroidered logo.

Can You Embroider a Extra Large Logo on the Back Side of a Jacket?

The largest logo size we can embroider is around 5 inches. There might be a circumstance that we will go larger, but you will have to contact us for this.
